Employee laptops are typically refreshed every 4 years. ITS is currently developing a list of planned refreshes that will be available here when finished.

Monitor Arms
ITS does not provide or assemble monitor arms. New desks in newly constructed buildings will have monitor arms included on the desks. For those that do not have monitor arms, please speak with Justin Crast for ordering instructions.
Hardware Limits

Per District Policy, all permanent, full-time staff are allowed one machine per person, regardless of whether the machine is provided by ITS or with department funds.

Temporary/Hourly Employees
ITS is not budgeted to provide hardware to temporary/hourly staff. However, ITS can provide a quote for your department to purchase any requested hardware. The requested hardware should be aligned with our general standard issue equipment. Submit a technology request here.
Docking Stations
New MiraCosta employees will now have a Docking Station integrated into their Conference Monitor. Only existing employees will have the Docking Station separate from their monitors.
