Join us online in our EXPRESS+ zoom sessions to work one on one in a private break out room with a counselor.   • Transfer Express +
    No appointment? No problem. Virtually join your transfer counselors by Zoom for Transfer Express + to ask your time sensitive questions regarding transfer requirements, dropping a class or a what if scenarios. Join us online on selected Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays throughout the semester.  
  • Transfer 101 Step 1
    Join us to learn about transfer options and opportunities available at MiraCosta College. This presentation is ideal for current and prospective MiraCosta College students, faculty, staff, parents, and community members who want to learn about transfer admission requirements for California State University (CSU), University of California (UC), private, out of state schools. You will also learn about Transfer Admission Guarantee (TAG) programs, the benefits of earning an Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT), transfer counseling services, education planning, and more.
  • Transferring to a UC? Let’s Get Started! Step 2A
    This workshop is for all new students to Learn about: UC admissions, Competitive GPA (Grade Point Average), UC TAP (Transfer Admission Planner), UC TAG rules and deadlines, UCLA TAP (Transfer Alliance Program) and how to pay for UC.
  • Transferring to a CSU? Let’s Get Started! Step 2B
    This workshop is for all new students to learn about: CSU admissions, transfer requirements, CSU campus selection, transfer timeline, application information, and financial aid.
  • Transferring to a UC? Next Level! Step 3
    This workshop is for students who have attended “Transferring to a UC? Let’s Get Started! Step 2” and are getting ready to submit their UC TAG and UC Applications. Learn about: dates and deadlines, TAG and application processes, UC Personal Insight Questions, UC TAU (Transfer Academic Update), and what to expect after applying.
  • UC/CSU Application Support
    Students applying to transfer are encouraged to register for an application workshop. Application workshops will close once 30 students have signed up. Students who wish to create their UC TAP account are encouraged to attend our Transferring to a UC workshop prior to attending application workshops.
