- Electronics other than the device used to test must be powered off and put away
- A functioning webcam AND microphone
- A picture ID ready to show BEFORE you begin the exam
- If a student is more than 15 minutes late to an exam appointment, space may not be available and full exam duration may not be guaranteed.
Security
Proctors will ask the student to show their ID and tilt the camera (if possible) to show the surface of the desk they are working on. Proctors will remind the student of any proctoring rules for the course and review the requirements of the exam, exam duration, and accommodations. Proctors may ask the student to share their computer screen with computer sound selected, if this is how the instructor monitors students testing. Proctors should be able to see/hear the student’s webcam, microphone, and their computer screen and sound.
