ITS Website Redesign
Many members of the ITS Team are collaborating to reframe the ITS website for a more support-focused approach. Resources for student and employee IT help will be easily accessible and the majority of our tutorial documents will be moved to our new IT Support Portal for a cleaner design. The visual design and hierarchy will be standardized across all of the ITS web pages.
IT Support Knowledge Base
The IT Support Portal will now house all of the IT tutorial documents for student and employee software help through Confluence. This will also include an employee and student software portfolio to allow users to easily find all of the software available to them through MiraCosta College.
