Meet with peer tutors in the MESA Center to support you in courses you are taking at MiraCosta College. - Academic Excellence Workshops (AEWs)
MESA students will have the opportunity to learn together in AEWs. These workshops will be developed and facilitated by a student who has already completed the course they will be supporting students in. - Counseling
A dedicated MESA counselor will be available for students who need educational plans, transfer planning, and general guidance on what classes to take. - STEM Internships
Access to internship information and application support for research opportunities. - University Visits
Opportunity to visit universities and meet students who can share their transfer journey and experience as a STEM major at a 4-year institution. - Faculty and Industry Panels
Get to know people in STEM and learn about how they achieved success in their respective fields.
