About the Academic Proctoring Center

CONTACT, HOURS & APPOINTMENTS

 

The Academic Proctoring Center has moved to the new Student Services Building on the 2nd floor, Room 14215 (next to the elevator and Student Equity) . 

A student must have a physical ID to take an exam (MiraCosta College Student ID card, California Driver’s License or California State ID card, high school ID card, high school yearbook with an individual photo of student and student’s full name, ID card from another community college or post-secondary institution, Military ID card, Passport).

The online appointment system is intended for students enrolled in online sections requiring in-person exams.

If you need to schedule a makeup exam, please call 760.795.6685.

Students may begin scheduling their appointments on Monday, August 19th for the fall semester.

APC Oceanside Campus

Located in building 14, level 2 in room 14215 ( next to the elevator and Student Equity). The closest student parking lot is 5A.

Oceanside Hours of Operation

Fall Semester: August 19, 2024-August 30th, 2024

  • Monday-Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm (last test ends at 4:00pm)
  • Fridays 8:00am-3:00pm (last test ends at 3:00pm)

Fall Semester Extended Hours: Starting September 3, 2024-December 13th, 2024

Monday-Thursday 8:00am-7:00pm (last test ends at 7:00pm)
Fridays 8:00am-3:00pm (last test ends at 3:00pm)

APC San Elijo Campus

Located in the Student Services 1100 building in room 1114 on the San Elijo campus.

Fall Semester: August 19th, 2024-December 13th, 2024

  • Monday-Thursday By Appointment Only
  • Friday CLOSED

In-Person Proctoring for MiraCosta Courses
