College Foundation
The Development and Foundation Office raises philanthropic funds from the community in alignment with the College’s mission and manages the distribution of funds to support MiraCosta College students (college affordability) and campus programs.
The MiraCosta College Foundation’s vision is educational opportunities for all. To achieve this vision, MiraCosta College Foundation partners with generous community members to secure resources that transform lives. The MiraCosta College Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization governed by a volunteer board of directors.

Public Information
The award-winning MiraCosta College Public Information Office (PIO) exists to create awareness and share the story of MiraCosta College, and its impact on the community.
PIO develops and executes strategic marketing communications campaigns; implements the District’s governmental relations; and serves the college community by offering publicity, promotion, advertising, marketing, and branding assistance. This office also acts as a resource before, during, and after emergency situations by providing guidelines and information to help manage crisis situations.
MiraCosta College Alumni Association
Alumni play an important role in supporting MiraCosta College's success. The MiraCosta College Alumni Association will provide opportunities for alumni to engage with each other, connect with their alma mater, and interact with current students. Alumni promote workforce development and can provide access to internships.
Whether you have taken a class, completed a certificate, or earned a degree, you are considered an alumnus because once a Spartan, always a Spartan.
